- Maintain rigorous document control across multiple workflows, systems, and departments
- Proactively communicate contract status and needs via email, phone, and system updates
- Support accounting and project teams by ensuring contract requirements are met before payment or onboarding
- 2 years of contracts administration, legal documents, or related clerical responsibilities
- Construction or Paralegal exposure is strongly valued!
- Bachelor's degree preferred but open to Associates or strong experience as well
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
