- Review incoming contracts, licensing agreements, and customer agreements
- Identify contractual risks and escalate concerns when necessary
- Draft and process amendments, addendums, and contract modifications
- Review customer-requested changes to Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
- Monitor contracts through execution and signature process
- Update Salesforce with executed agreement details and contract status
- Experience managing contracts through the full contract lifecycle
- Contract administration experience (not requiring paralegal-level expertise)
- Experience reviewing agreements and identifying contractual risks
- Familiarity with Salesforce or contract management systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
