- Oversee all construction accounting functions, including job costing and WIP reporting
- Prepare and analyze percentage-of-completion revenue recognition
- Manage month-end close and produce accurate financial statements
- Maintain budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-complete analyses for active projects
- Partner with project managers to track project performance and margins
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff
- Support audits, tax preparation, and special projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5 years of construction accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of job costing, WIP schedules, and percentage-of-completion accounting
- Prior leadership or management experience preferred
- Experience with construction ERP systems strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills with both financial and operational teams
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
