- Coordinate information gathering and reporting with accounting teams, joint ventures, and external tax advisors.
- Manage federal and state tax notices, registrations, and compliance tracking systems.
- Support audit and year-end reporting requirements, including ASC 740 and FIN 48 analyses.
- Lead ongoing REIT compliance activities, testing, elections, and due diligence processes.
- Manage transfer pricing analyses and assist with special tax projects and initiatives.
- 5 years of tax experience, ideally including public accounting exposure.
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
- Experience with private equity fund structures and partnership tax reporting.
- Background managing complex tax compliance engagements and reviewing federal/state tax filings.
