- Leverage data and financial analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Implement cost controls and operational efficiencies across departments
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to improve financial and productivity performance
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
- Develop, and mentor a high-performing finance team
- Enhance financial systems, reporting tools, and operational processes
- Champion the use of technology and data to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Lead organizational transformation through scalable financial infrastructure
- Lead audit preparation and serve as primary liaison to external auditors
- Maintain strong internal controls, policies, and financial governance practices
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and grant funding requirements
- Support Board reporting and financial transparency
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of ten years of progressive financial leadership experience, including team management
- Strong experience in finance, including grants management and funding compliance and healthcare finance experience preferred (FQHC experience a plus)
- Experienced in financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
- Candidates must have current or recent healthcare experience
