- Oversee payroll, accounts receivable/payable, retirement plans, investments, and general ledger
- Support annual budget process and provide financial insights to leadership
- Attend Board meetings and report on financial performance
- Monitor payor mix to optimize financial outcomes
- Ensure compliance with filing deadlines and maintain proper documentation
- Assist with grant writing and reporting requirements
- Healthcare experience required, with a strong understanding of payor mix impact on financial performance
- Non-profit experience a plus
- Master’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of financial leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years managing a team
- Technology proficiency and the ability to learn new systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
