- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely tax deposits
- The Bookkeeper will communicate directly with clients regarding payroll matters and deadlines
- Minimum 4 years of continuous experience as a Bookkeeper
- At least 2 years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- Extensive knowledge of full-cycle payroll processing, including payroll tax reporting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop & Online)
- Experience with Accounting CS strongly preferred
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client service mindset
