Bookkeeper Position Overview
The Bookkeeper will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day accounting functions of the business. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and cash application
- Generate and process customer billing with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with general ledger entries
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth billing and payment workflows
- Assist with accounts payable and other accounting tasks as needed
- 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable and billing processes
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
