What You’ll Do
Bookkeeping Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle Accounts Receivable including invoicing, payment posting, and maintaining A/R aging
- Manage Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment runs
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and support month-end close
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with year-end documentation
- Serve as the first point of contact for the office—phones, visitors, and vendors
- Maintain office supply inventory, order materials, and coordinate equipment maintenance
- Keep common areas organized, clean, and client-ready
- Assist with scheduling, filing, document management, and administrative support
- Help coordinate company events, meetings, and office logistics
- 2–4 years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience
- Strong knowledge of A/R, A/P, and general accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong communication skills—professional, friendly, and team-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a fully on-site environment
