What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at Frank & Jimmie's Propeller?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial transactions of the company using QuickBooks. This position is NOT remote and is located in our Fort Lauderdale, FL office.This role is critical in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting operational decision-making, and ensuring the financial health of the business.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a high level of integrity, and experience in a fast-paced service or manufacturing environment.
- Needs to have Prior experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
- Proficiency with Quickbooks & Quickbooks Online
- Know & Understand basic Accounting Principles( GAAP familiarity would be great)
- High attention to detail & accuracy
