- Draft engagement letters, conflict waivers, and related matter-opening documentation
- Partner with attorneys, clients, finance, and risk teams to resolve billing and matter-related issues
- Maintain matter records, reporting, ethical walls, and financial housekeeping activities
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative, billing, finance, or related professional services experience
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Experience supporting billing, invoicing, client intake, or financial administration processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience working with attorneys, clients, or cross-functional stakeholders preferred
