Key Responsibilities For The Benefits Administrator

  • Administer medical, dental, vision, and related benefit programs
  • Manage enrollments, terminations, life events, and open enrollment
  • Serve as primary contact for employees’ benefits questions
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers and benefits vendors
  • Ensure benefits compliance with applicable regulations
  • Maintain accurate benefits records and documentation

Qualifications For The Benefits Administrator

  • Experience managing enrollments and employee inquiries
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
