About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Support a 5-day month-end close
- Prepare financial statements
- Participate in monthly business reviews
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Support external audit requests
- Lead ad hoc projects focused on continuous improvement
- 3 years of accounting experience
- Strong foundational accounting background with broad exposure
- Comfortable working across multiple areas of accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems
- Background in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics
- Extremely stable business with long-term customers
