- Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing and cash applications
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on past-due balances
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Prepare aging reports and support month-end close activities
- Maintain accurate AR records and documentation
- Assist with ad hoc projects as directed by accounting leadership
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 2 years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred
