- Enter, sort, code, and match invoices across multiple entities and locations
- As an AP Associate, you will set invoices up for payment and ensure accurate GL coding
- Process electronic payments including ACH, EFT, and scheduled check runs
- Maintain accounts payable files, documentation, and supporting records
- The AP Associate will reconcile AP transactions and research discrepancies
- Assist with internal audit requests and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Process invoices using multiple software systems while maintaining strong accuracy
- The AP Associate will also support additional accounting functions as training progresses
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 2 years of accounts payable experience required
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and excellent time management
- The ideal AP Associate will be organized, adaptable, and able to switch between tasks efficiently
- Solid understanding of basic accounting concepts and GL coding
- Professional, reliable, and personable communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
