What We’re Looking For / Position Overview
Integrated Medical Systems is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk to support our finance operations at our Bolingbrook location. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring vendors are paid timely and accurately. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to verify transaction details, resolve discrepancies, and support day-to-day accounts payable activities.
This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in accounts payable. We are a collaborative, team-oriented organization, and we’re looking for someone who is dependable, responsive, and takes pride in their work while effectively managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Review vendor statements and flag any discrepancies
- Assist with preparing payments
- Maintain organized records of invoices and supporting documents
- Respond to basic vendor inquiries regarding payments
- Support the team with account reconciliations and other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Required:
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
Preferred;
-Prior experience in Epicore P21 or other large ERP system
- Prior experience in AP, data entry, or administrative support
- High School Diploma or GED
