- Post and reconcile incoming payments (lockbox, ACH, checks) accurately and timely
- Research and resolve cash application discrepancies, short payments, and unapplied funds
- Process customer refunds and generate insurance‑related premium invoices
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain audit‑ready AR records
- Support internal teams and respond to customer billing inquiries as needed
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
- 3 years AR experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
