Accounts Receivable Accountant (Construction) - $60,000 - $90,000 (DOE)

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and submit AIA construction billing and progress payment applications.
• Track change orders, payment statuses, and manage light collections.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate billing and compliance.
• Maintain AR files, reconcile subledger to general ledger, and assist with month-end close.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in construction accounting (AIA billing preferred).
• Familiarity with platforms like Procore, Textura, and construction accounting software.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  
  

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: Competitive, based on experience
• Bonus: Historically equivalent to one week’s pay.
• Parking: Free.
• Schedule: Flexible start times (5:30 AM–8:00 AM); hybrid potential after system transition.
