What You’ll Do
- Post invoices accurately and timely
- Monitor email inbox for invoices, responding as necessary to inquiries
- Statement reconciliation and follow-up
- Prepare payments in accordance with company policies
- Regular contact and dealing with suppliers, maintaining strong and professional relationships
- Perform related reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records

- 60-70K
- Accounting education preferred
- 3 years related, full-cycle AP experience
- 3-way matching experience
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
