Key Responsibilities
- Process and code invoices received through the AP inbox.
- Prepare ACH payments and assist with general ledger reconciliation.
- Support credit card expense processing.
- Respond to vendor and internal inquiries.
- Contribute to month-end close and grant documentation as needed.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience (4 years).
- 2 years in accounts payable.
- Experience with one or more major accounting software.
- Fully on-site, Monday–Friday.
- Collaborative, service-oriented team dedicated to community impact.
$55,000–$65,000, based on experience.
