Our client is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day accounting operations in a dynamic, project-driven environment. This Accounting Specialist role offers stability, growth, and exposure to both AP and broader accounting functions.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices and support accounts payable functions
- Assist with reconciliations, including vendor and account balances
- Support billing and basic accounts receivable activities
- Assist with check runs and payment processing
- Support month-end close and general accounting tasks
- Education: Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in an Accounting Specialist or similar role
- Experience with AP/AR and general accounting processes
- Proficiency in Excel and strong attention to detail
