- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and other financial analysis
- Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and financial controls
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience with leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Experience with AP, AR, payroll, and fixed asset accounting
