Position Overview

The Accounting Manager will oversee the daily operations of the accounting function while leading a small team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and supporting budgeting and forecasting efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of up to 5 accounting professionals
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support business decisions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
