What You Will Need
- Must have a 4-year college degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Must have 3 - 5 years of experience in agriculture or manufacturing industry.
- 5 - 7 years of experience of managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Experience supervising staff/departments, including but not limited to; Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Accounting, etc.
- Must have relevant experience with month-end close, reconciliation of accounts, preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Experience leading an external financial audit and assist outside firm with tax calculations
- Must have experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees, including company management in a professional manner.
- Must possess strong computer skills and be an intermediate to advanced user of Excel (proficient with vlookup/hlookup, index, sum if functions and pivot tables).
- CPA or MBA
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record. Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and background investigation.
- Experience with large scale organizations and consolidations
- System implementation and change management experience
Total Rewards: $110,000 - $140,000 / YEAR

- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
