Overview
Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Fall Marketing Intern to join our team through a structured rotational program designed to provide hands-on experience across key marketing functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to how a modern, category-leading producer builds brands, drives demand, and brings products to market. The position will rotate across Branding, Omnichannel Marketing, Product Development, Creative, and Project Management—gaining a comprehensive understanding of how strategy turns into execution.
Purpose
The Fall Marketing Internship is a 10- to 12-week paid program designed to provide undergraduate students with hands-on experience aligned to their field of study, with support for college credit where applicable.
The program develops future marketing talent through exposure to the full marketing process, from insight to execution. Interns will gain a foundational understanding of how marketing drives sales and category growth while working across cross functional teams. Internships are paid & requests for college credit are supported.

Minimum Job Qualifications
The ability to frequently move about inside the office and to food processing facilities as needed. Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment. Occasionally, must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day. Ability to inspect and troubleshoot computer and/or technical equipment.
STARTING WAGE: $17.75 - $22.00 (dependent on year in college)

Minimum Job Qualifications
- Qualified to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needed.
- Actively enrolled full-time college student with a relevant degree or concentration within Marketing.
- Full time status is 12 or more credit hours.
- Must have an undergraduate or recent graduate classification.
- Learn creative asset organization and file management, specifically within the photo library
- Support creative project requests including collecting and sending files and managing revisions
- Participate in creative discussions and reviews to gain exposure to the creative development process
- Support project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication efforts
- Gain exposure to tools and systems used for marketing execution and approvals
- Tradeshow event planning and coordination experience
- Gain exposure to brand strategy initiatives and support ongoing brand development work
- Assist in gathering insights to help inform brand direction and decision making
- Support brand presentations and internal storytelling efforts
- Assist with content planning and performance tracking across marketing channels
- Learn how engagement metrics are analyzed and summarized to support marketing initiatives
- Competitive product & trend research of emerging food/snack trends, flavors, packaging formats, and competitor activity
- Assist in building monthly trend reports with photos, pricing, claims, and merchandising observations
- Product Testing & Kitchen Support
- Assist with bench-top sample prep, ingredient scaling, labeling, and/or sensory setup. Support tasting sessions and help collect structured feedback from cross-functional team
- Gain exposure to project management and stage-gate processes through tracker and dashboard support
