What You Will Need
- Must be able to communicate and coordinate with all levels of employees.
- Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Must be knowledgeable of company policies.
- Ability to travel to Coachella Valley five (5) months out of the year, required.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with clean DMV driving record.
- Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
- Ability to troubleshoot harvesting equipment, preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in organic harvesting, preferred.
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, preferred.
- Bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with ability to speak, read, and write in both, preferred.
- Supervisory or equivalent experience, preferred.
Total Rewards: $70,304 - $80,000 / YEAR
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
