- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 1–2 years of hands‑on accounting experience for associate level or 3 years for senior associate level within a public accounting or client‑services environment
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with general accounting processes and reconciliations
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with comfort interacting directly with clients
- U.S.‑based accounting experience required; international degrees considered on a case‑by‑case basis when paired with relevant U.S. work history
