Accounting Assistant

Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15232 (On-Site)

Salary: $50,000–$55,000

Accounting Assistant Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
• The Accounting Assistant will process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Generate customer invoices and apply payments.
• The Accounting Assistant will reconcile and review financial documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with reporting and other day-to-day accounting functions.
• The Accounting Assistant will scan, file, and organize accounting documents and records.
  
  

Qualifications Of The Accounting Assistant Role

• Experience with QuickBooks Online is required.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting support.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
