- Support the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
- Perform property-level accounting for a portfolio of real estate entities
- Maintain general ledger activity and prepare supporting schedules
- Collaborate with property management and asset management teams on financial operations
- Assist with annual audits and tax preparation by compiling required documentation and schedules
- Contribute to process improvements and perform ad hoc financial analysis
- 2–5 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Real estate accounting experience preferred; affordable housing experience strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
