- Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations across assigned business units.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
- Conduct variance analysis, investigate discrepancies, and recommend solutions.
- Support monthly close processes and maintain reporting deadlines.
- Partner with operational leaders to explain financial results and provide insights.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ongoing accounting projects.
- Accounting experience with strong reconciliation and financial reporting responsibilities.
- Experience preparing financial statements and performing variance analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant accounting experience may substitute for education requirements.
- General ledger experience; AR/AP tie-outs and fixed asset experience are a plus.
