(NOTE: This is a full-time, project-based employment opportunity with the company through September 2028. While there may be potential for extension or consideration into a similar role, such opportunities are not guaranteed.)

YOUR ROLE

As a Project Management Officer (PMO), you will play a critical leadership role in driving the successful delivery of strategic, complex, and large-scale initiatives supporting a high-profile, multi-site global program. You will oversee cross-functional projects from concept through execution—ensuring alignment, structure, and operational excellence across planning, design, and implementation.

A key focus of this role is establishing and leading a high-performing PMO function—bringing governance, visibility, and discipline to execution while enabling project teams to deliver with consistency, speed, and precision. You will serve as a central point of coordination across teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure all workstreams are aligned, controlled, and delivered on time.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Establish, lead, and continuously enhance the Project Management Office (PMO), standardizing methodologies, tools, governance, and reporting frameworks
  • Drive enterprise-wide visibility by tracking progress, risks, budgets, and dependencies across all workstreams
  • Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams delivering complex, large-scale initiatives
  • Enable project leaders by providing structure, tools, and support to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful execution
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, partners, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery
  • Ensure resources, staffing, and processes are optimized to meet project commitments, timelines, and quality expectations
  • Oversee full project lifecycle management—from initiation through successful delivery
  • Develop and govern comprehensive project plans, including:
  • Objectives, scope, and deliverables
  • Schedules, milestones, and critical paths
  • Budgeting and resource allocation
  • Risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning
  • Work breakdown structures and implementation roadmaps
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels, driving alignment, managing expectations, and navigating change effectively
  • Partner with technology teams to define and implement systems and tools that support operational delivery and reporting
  • Establish and execute communication strategies, including executive reporting, status updates, and stakeholder briefings
  • Monitor performance metrics across projects and teams to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve complex issues impacting timelines, budgets, or stakeholder satisfaction
  • Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training programs to ensure operational readiness
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards
  • Lead post-project evaluations to assess performance, capture lessons learned, and strengthen future delivery
  • Support coordination of large-scale, multi-site, and potentially global initiatives
