Accounting Manager
Job Summary: Corporate Accounting Manager – Treasury and Debt Management is responsible for managing daily treasury and debt-related accounting activities to ensure accurate cash reporting, compliance with borrowing requirements, and optimal liquidity. This role supports global cash management and credit facility operations, including accounts in the US and UK, and partners closely with the Global Corporate Controller and CFO. This role also has primary responsibility for hands-on ABL/borrowing base and lender compliance reporting.

- Monitor daily cash positions across all bank accounts for the US teams to ensure adequate liquidity for operations
- If necessary, flag any potential cash-flow issues for executive decision making
- Forecast short, and long-term cash needs for US and coordinate cash forecast with international divisions.
- Present consolidated 13-week cash flow forecast to the executive team for liquidity, transparency and operational decisions.

- Weekly cash forecasting of expected cash inflows and outflows
- Review customer and vendor balances with Financial Management for near-term cash purposes
- Coordinate and communicate with Financial Management to ensure cash availability is managed efficiently

ABL Facilities and Lender Compliance

- Manage Asset-Based Lending (ABL) facilities, including daily loan activity, borrowing base certificates and monthly lender reporting.
- Borrowing Base audits
- BB availability forecasting, in coordination with Global Corporate Controller and CFO
- Bi-annual appraisal of assets
- Monthly Lender reporting (coordinate with Global Corporate Controller)
- Prepare lender compliance certificates and communicate with Financial Management
- Lender compliance forecasting

- Perform debt and interest-related account reconciliations, ensuring alignment between the general ledger and loan systems
- Lease accounting (ASC 842), maintain NetLease accounting system
- Coordinate with insurance broker and Financial Management for commercial insurance annual renewal
- Support process automation and continuous improvement in treasury reporting and controls.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Formal Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related area of study
- Experience: 7 years of accounting experience with 3 years working in treasury/ABL
- Working knowledge of debt instruments, ABL financing, and multi-entity cash management and cross border structure (UK/Ireland)
- Strong analytics, Excel, and ERP system skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria
- CPA certification
- Basic knowledge of industrial equipment and the assets the company owns/operates
- Public accounting experience
