This position is responsible for managing the office, assisting residents, handling financial tasks, coordinating unit turnovers, and ensuring the property is well-maintained.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the property.
Enter vendor bills and maintain accurate financial records.
Post rent payments and maintain resident accounts.
Coordinate unit turnovers, including scheduling cleaning, maintenance, and inspections.
Process maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
Prepare leases, renewals, move-in, and move-out paperwork.
Collect rent and follow up on past-due accounts.
Answer phones, emails, and assist residents with questions or concerns.
Maintain resident files and property records.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and services.
Help ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Qualifications
Previous property management or office management experience preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
High school diploma or equivalent.
