Position Description: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs on tractors, mowers, harvesters, and implements.
Infrastructure Upkeep: Repair and construct farm structures, including fences, gates, barns, animal shelters, and water systems.
Grounds Management: Handle landscape tasks such as mowing, weed eating, brush clearing, and general property cleanup.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all buildings and machinery meet agricultural safety standards and OSHA regulations.
System Operations: Monitor, adjust, and repair irrigation, drainage, and ventilation
systems.
Essential Qualifications Experience:
1–3 years of professional experience in agriculture, landscaping, or mechanical/industrial maintenance.
Mechanical Aptitude: Strong working knowledge of diesel/gasoline engines, electrical systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic tools.
Heavy Equipment: Demonstrated ability to safely operate and calibrate tractors, utility vehicles, and other specialized farm machinery.
