Location: San Jose, CA
Pay: $25-30/hr
Schedule: 16-20 hrs/week
The Payroll Admin plays a vital role in managing and maintaining payroll processes within a large team environment based in San Jose. This part-time position ensures accurate payroll processing, auditing, and compliance primarily through the Paycom system.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule using Paycom
- Audit payroll data to verify correctness and compliance
- Enter and update payroll-related data promptly
- Monitor compliance with payroll regulations and company policies
- Manage payroll system maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Answers incoming phone calls and assists with administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with Paycom payroll software
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years experience in payroll administration
- High School Diploma or equivalent
