What You’ll Do:
- General Maintenance & Repairs: Perform day-to-day repairs involving basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building systems.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose issues efficiently before they turn into bigger problems.
- Preventive Maintenance: Complete routine PM checklists to keep equipment, units, and facilities running smoothly.
- Turnovers & Work Orders: Complete daily work orders in a timely, high-quality manner (including light drywall, painting, door hardware, and fixture installs).
- Safety & Upkeep: Keep working areas clean and safe, following standard safety procedures at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or general facility maintenance.
- Core Skills: Comfortable with basic electrical, plumbing, power tools, and hand tools. (EPA certification is a plus, but not required).
- Work Ethic: Punctual, honest, detail-oriented, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean record.
Salary : $18 - $22
