We're hiring an Experienced Groundskeeper to join a beautiful apartment community in West Palm Beach, FL!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community grounds
- Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
- Sweep breezeways, sidewalks, and common areas
- Assist with landscaping, watering, and light outdoor maintenance
- Help prepare amenities and common areas for residents
- Support the maintenance team with general property upkeep
Requirements:
- Previous apartment groundskeeper or porter experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the day
Salary : $16 - $19
