Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Consultant (English/Spanish) to join apartment communities throughout Denver, CO. Previous apartment leasing experience is preferred, but not required. We welcome candidates with experience in sales, customer service, administrative support, hospitality, banking, retail management, or other office environments.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner.
- Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online leasing inquiries.
- Process rental applications and lease paperwork.
- Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents.
- Assist with lease renewals and resident retention.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming leasing office.
- Support the property management team with daily administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Previous apartment leasing experience is preferred but not required.
- Candidates with experience in sales, customer service, office administration, hospitality, banking, retail, or other customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management software.
- Reliable transportation is required.
