Certified Apartment Staffing is hiring a Groundskeeper / Make Ready Technician for a busy apartment community in Hendersonville, TN 37075. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual with apartment industry experience who is ready to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community grounds
- Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
- Assist with apartment make-ready turns
- Complete painting, touch-ups, and basic repairs
- Perform light maintenance duties as assigned
- Ensure vacant units are clean and move-in ready
- Work with the maintenance team to keep the property in excellent condition
Qualifications:
- Apartment groundskeeper and make ready experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors as needed
