EXPERIENCED PORTER NEEDED – START ASAP!
Certified Apartment Staffing is looking for a reliable, experienced Porter to join an apartment community in Hendersonville, TN. We need someone who is dependable, hardworking, and ready to hit the ground running.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous apartment/multifamily experience preferred
- Experience as a Porter, Groundskeeper, Maintenance Helper, or similar property maintenance role
- Experience maintaining apartment grounds and common areas
- Comfortable with trash removal, cleaning, light maintenance, and property upkeep
- Basic maintenance knowledge is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping the property clean
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Able to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to start ASAP
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain clean and attractive property grounds and common areas
- Pick up trash and maintain dumpster areas
- Assist with landscaping and general grounds upkeep
- Clean breezeways, hallways, amenities, and other common areas
- Assist the maintenance team with light repairs and daily tasks
- Help maintain curb appeal and ensure the community stays clean and resident-ready
- Follow safety and property standards
