What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in both customer interaction and CRM ownership, giving you visibility across the full sales cycle:
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, web, and LinkedIn
- Generate and manage quotations for new and existing opportunities
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide product/service guidance
- Manage RMAs (returns) and coordinate with production to drive resolution
- Own and drive customer projects from initial contact through order completion
- Identify and develop new business through inbound leads and outbound prospecting (calls email)
- Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and build engagement strategies
- Grow existing accounts while uncovering new opportunities
Salesforce & Technical Ownership
This role goes beyond traditional inside sales; you’ll be the go-to resource for Salesforce administration and optimization:
- Configure and customize Salesforce to align with business needs
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure proper access and data security
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support sales performance and decision-making
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Train and support users to improve adoption and efficiency
- Stay current on Salesforce releases and new functionality
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Super User
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce or similar platforms)
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly communication
- Experience balancing customer-facing sales responsibilities with technical system ownership
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident communicator with solid negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working across teams and with different personality types
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
