We are looking for a hands-on Building Maintenance Technician to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical skills who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in maintaining facilities, and likes working independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform building walkthroughs, inspections, and facility repairs
• Maintain and troubleshoot building systems including:
• • HVAC & rooftop units
  • Electrical systems
  • Plumbing
  • Mechanical equipment
• Complete preventative maintenance and respond to repair requests
• Utilize CMMS systems to track work orders and maintenance activities
• Work with outside vendors and contractors on facility projects and repairs
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous building maintenance or industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with electrical systems ranging from 120V to 480V
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Painting and drywall experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• Industrial environment experience preferred

Physical Requirements

This role involves working in an industrial environment and may include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, working at heights, and working in hot, cold, noisy, or dusty conditions.
