- Support period end close, budgeting, and forecasting activities through detailed financial analysis.
- Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to provide visibility into business performance.
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and explain variances against plan or prior periods.
- Partner with finance, accounting, and operational teams to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.
- Prepare clear financial materials for leadership and contribute to process improvements and special projects.
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain complex models.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a professional environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
