- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial planning activities to assist business decision making.
- Analyze financial and operational results, identify trends, and explain key performance drivers.
- Develop financial models and reporting tools to support strategic initiatives and business objectives.
- Manage large data sets, validate information, and maintain accurate financial reporting processes.
- Partner with cross functional teams to provide insights, recommendations, and performance analysis.
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related function.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency with experience working with large volumes of data.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Previous experience with data automation, reporting tools, and analytical platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying financial insights to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting structures.
- Previous experience within manufacturing, technology, aerospace, defense, or other complex operational environments.
