Job Responsibilities:Run daily reports to monitor order activity and performance.
Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Analyze incoming orders for delays or potential issues before processing.
Enter data accurately into relevant systems and databases.
Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill service requests and support customer needs.
