- Oversee recruitment onboarding retention engagement and key human resources functions including benefits planning succession management performance processes and compliance.
- 10 years of progressive human resources leadership experience including time reporting to senior leadership.
- Demonstrate experience leading major change efforts cultural improvements and strategic people initiatives.
- Understand compensation design equity analysis and career path planning at an advanced level.
- Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization while influencing business decisions.
- Use human resources technology analytics and automation tools to improve processes and support decision making.
