- Support and maintain the firm’s investment platform and ensure data is accurate and up to date.
- Lead the transfer of historical fund information from the accounting system into the current platform.
- Review and reconcile migrated records to confirm accuracy and reliability for reporting.
- Work closely with leadership to support fund accounting routines and reporting requirements.
- Provide hands on support for daily tasks while applying strong knowledge of fund structures and processes.
- Ability to identify gaps or inconsistencies in financial data and resolve issues during review.
- Strong analytical skills when validating information and supporting complex fund reporting needs.
- Capacity to work independently while managing long term or project based assignments.
- Strong communication skills when partnering with internal teams during the migration process.
- Ability to maintain organization and accuracy across large data sets and fund related schedules.
- 7 years of experience in fund accounting, ideally within real estate or similar investment environments.
- Working knowledge of the investment platform with experience in implementation or system improvement.
- A solid understanding of fund structures, capital accounts, and investor reporting requirements.
- Ability to work according to East Coast business hours as needed.
- Previous experience supporting data migration or system transitions.
