- Perform accounting and reconciliation for cash, investments, and asset transactions throughout the close cycle.
- Prepare monthly accruals, partner allocations, and calculations tied to distributions and capital activity.
- Produce periodic financial reports and performance analyses for investors and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external parties such as auditors, custodians, administrators, and service providers.
- Ability to manage complex fund structures and apply investment accounting guidance accurately.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills to resolve variances and transaction issues.
- Previous experience working with financing arrangements, leverage facilities, and related accounting impacts.
- Capacity to handle detailed work independently while collaborating with cross functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain financial results clearly.
- 10 years of progressive experience in fund accounting, audit, or investment management environments.
- Background that includes exposure to public accounting and private investment operations.
- Working knowledge of fund accounting systems and advanced spreadsheet tools.
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with professional certification.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex engagements efficiently.
