Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Payroll Specialist to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $27.00 to $31.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:Process payroll by calculating wages deductions taxes and preparing accurate payments on a regular schedule.
Manage expatriate payroll activities by coordinating invoices documentation and monthly processing with third party providers.
Support forecasting bonus programs and payroll trend analysis by preparing reports and partnering with leadership.
Maintain payroll and human resources systems by managing data integrity security access and system configuration.
Serve as a liaison between human resources accounting information technology and external vendors to resolve payroll and system matters.
A Bachelor degree in a related field.
2 years of payroll processing or closely related experience.
Demonstrate strong judgment accuracy reliability and ability to handle confidential information.
Communicate clearly in writing and verbally and provide professional support to internal teams.
Use Microsoft Office tools confidently with strong emphasis on Excel skills.
Build and maintain custom payroll and reporting tools such as automated reports queries and data summaries.
Analyze payroll and human resources data to support decision making and process improvements.
Maintain knowledge of payroll systems data security practices and evolving technology trends.
Organize multiple priorities effectively while delivering timely accurate results.
- Bring experience with payroll platforms certifications or advanced human resources system knowledge considered beneficial.
