Project Superintendent – Commercial Construction

A reputable General Contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects. This individual will be responsible for managing all onsite field operations while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations from project start through completion

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics

• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved

• Enforce jobsite safety and company standards

• Conduct subcontractor and onsite coordination meetings

• Work closely with Project Managers, architects, and ownership teams

• Manage quality control and resolve field issues proactively

• Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation

Qualifications:

• 5 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction

• Experience with ground-up commercial projects required

• Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, and field coordination

• Ability to lead subcontractors and maintain project momentum

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
