I’m partnered with a reputable General Contractor seeking an Assistant Superintendent for a ground-up 350-unit multifamily project in Houston, TX, with a strong focus on quality control and finishes.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily field operations and subcontractor coordination
- Oversee quality assurance and ensure work meets project standards
- Assist with inspections, punch lists, and project scheduling
- Work closely with the Superintendent to maintain project quality and progress
Requirements:
- 5 years of ground-up multifamily construction experience
- Strong eye for detail and quality-focused mindset
- Experience with finishes and interior scopes preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
Compensation:
- Up to $135,000 base salary benefits
